Description

Deliciously tender baby back ribs coated in a flavorful BBQ sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 to 3 lb Baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the baby back ribs with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika generously.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, meaty side facing up.
  4. Cook the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2 to 3 hours, or until they’re tender.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce mixed with honey.
  6. Increase the heat to broil for an additional 5 minutes, watching closely.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes after baking before serving.

Notes

  • The longer you cook the ribs, the more tender they will be.
  • Make sure to monitor the broiling step to avoid burning the sauce.
