- 2 to 3 lb Baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the baby back ribs with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika generously.
- Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, meaty side facing up.
- Cook the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2 to 3 hours, or until they’re tender.
- In the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce mixed with honey.
- Increase the heat to broil for an additional 5 minutes, watching closely.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes after baking before serving.
Notes
- The longer you cook the ribs, the more tender they will be.
- Make sure to monitor the broiling step to avoid burning the sauce.
