Description
Delicious and crunchy sesame almond crackers that are easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 whole egg
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor.
- Pulse until well combined and the dough comes together. If you don’t have a food processor, you can certainly mix by hand instead.
- Turn the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper, then form it into a disc. Cover with another piece of parchment and roll out thin using a rolling pin, but not too thin.
- Using a biscuit cutter, stamp out the crackers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you don’t have a biscuit cutter, you can cut them out using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until slightly golden and crisp. Allow to cool and once they are crisp, they’re ready to serve.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try adding herbs or spices to the dough.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
