Description

Delicious and crunchy sesame almond crackers that are easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor.
  3. Pulse until well combined and the dough comes together. If you don’t have a food processor, you can certainly mix by hand instead.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper, then form it into a disc. Cover with another piece of parchment and roll out thin using a rolling pin, but not too thin.
  5. Using a biscuit cutter, stamp out the crackers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you don’t have a biscuit cutter, you can cut them out using a pizza cutter or knife.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until slightly golden and crisp. Allow to cool and once they are crisp, they’re ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding herbs or spices to the dough.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
