- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (Boneless, skinless)
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice (Freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice (Freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil (Can substitute avocado oil)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Fresh minced)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin (Can substitute coriander)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (Regular paprika can be used)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano (Can use fresh oregano)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (Adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Adjust to desired heat)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (For garnish)
- 2 pieces Lime Wedges (For serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne until well combined.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over, seal it tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours—preferably 4-6 hours.
- Heat your grill to medium-high, around 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard any excess liquid. Grill each side for 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer the grilled chicken to a platter and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

- Allowing the chicken to marinate longer will enhance flavor.
