Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt butter with half of the chopped Oreos in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla until frothy.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; gently mix until combined.
- Fold in remaining chopped Oreos for added texture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly sticky.
