Description

Delicious homemade garlic knots made with pizza dough, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about half an inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into strips approximately one inch wide and tie each strip into a knot.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
  5. Arrange the knots on the baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
