A creamy and delicious chicken fettuccine Alfredo baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil water in a large pot; cook fettuccine until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute, then add Alfredo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, half of the mozzarella cheese, and the Alfredo sauce; mix well.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to check the pasta for doneness while boiling to avoid overcooking.
- For a richer flavor, use homemade Alfredo sauce.
