A quick and delicious stir-fry recipe featuring chicken, bell peppers, broccoli, and a flavorful sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Toss in bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic; stir-fry for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the stir fry and mix well for about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
