- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add chicken to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toss in bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic; stir-fry for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the stir fry and mix well for about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
