Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce (Homemade blend of crushed tomatoes and herbs)
  • 200 grams Fresh Mozzarella (Fresh or shredded)
  • 2 pieces Ripe Tomato Slices (Juicy, in-season tomatoes)
  • 5 grams Fresh Basil Leaves (Preferably fresh)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) or 210°C (410°F) for fan-forced settings.
  2. Prepare a baking tray or pizza tray by lining it with baking paper.
  3. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the pizza base.
  4. Sprinkle a generous handful of fresh mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Layer ripe tomato slices over the cheese.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
