- 1 piece Pizza Dough (Store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce (Homemade blend of crushed tomatoes and herbs)
- 200 grams Fresh Mozzarella (Fresh or shredded)
- 2 pieces Ripe Tomato Slices (Juicy, in-season tomatoes)
- 5 grams Fresh Basil Leaves (Preferably fresh)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) or 210°C (410°F) for fan-forced settings.
- Prepare a baking tray or pizza tray by lining it with baking paper.
- Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle a generous handful of fresh mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Layer ripe tomato slices over the cheese.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
