Description

Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic, thyme, and rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
