- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add balsamic vinegar before roasting.
- Make sure to cut the Brussels sprouts in halves for even cooking.
