Description

A refreshing and vibrant salsa made with fresh cranberries and pomegranate seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly; roughly chop the cranberries.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, pomegranate seeds, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add honey; stir gently until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust lime juice or honey as needed.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container; refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
