A refreshing and vibrant salsa made with fresh cranberries and pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Rinse all ingredients thoroughly; roughly chop the cranberries.
- In a large bowl, combine cranberries, pomegranate seeds, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add honey; stir gently until well combined.
- Taste and adjust lime juice or honey as needed.
- Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container; refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños.
- This salsa can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavors.
