Description

A refreshing and nutritious juice made from mango, carrots, orange, and ginger. Perfect for a healthy boost!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled with the pit removed
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 one-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup water (if using a blender to make the juice)

Instructions

  1. Cut the mango and carrots into large pieces that will fit through the feeding tube of a juicer. If you will be using a blender to make your juice, then cut your produce into smaller pieces than if you are using a juicer.
  2. Run the vegetable and fruit pieces through the juicer. Collect the juice in a pitcher and serve immediately.
  3. Add the mango, carrot, orange, and ginger pieces to the base, plus the water. Blend or process on high for 20-30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the blended juice through a nut milk bag, squeezing it from the top down to drain the juice into a pitcher. Discard the collected pulp, or save it and use it for another purpose.

Notes

  • This juice can be enjoyed immediately or stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more mango or reducing the carrots.
