- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Dice the chicken into approximately 1 inch bite size pieces.
- Spread the chicken into the 9X13 pan.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken.
- Gently toss the chicken to coat the chicken with the oil and seasonings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes (toss them halfway through the cooking time) until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove from the oven.
- Let rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Serve with topped parsley (if using) and enjoy!
