A refreshing and nutritious drink made from Indian gooseberries, ideal for boosting immunity.
Ingredients

- 3–4 amla (Indian gooseberry)
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
Instructions
- Cut amla into small pieces and discard the seeds.
- Add the chopped amla, ginger, water, and black salt into the medium jar of a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the pulp. Press the pulp with the back of a spoon to get as much juice as possible.
- Amla juice is ready to drink. Pour it in small shot glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve chilled for a refreshing taste.
- Can be sweetened with honey if desired.
